Genuine & OEM-Grade Parts
While we are an independent facility, we exclusively utilize Apple genuine parts where available and top-tier OEM-grade components. Every display, battery, sensor, and IC is rigorously bench-tested to meet factory specifications for True Tone, Face ID, battery reporting, and touch calibration before assembly.
45 to 180 Days Warranty
All hardware repairs carry a comprehensive 45 to 180 day warranty covering both the installed parts and technician workmanship. If an installed component fails during normal daily use within the warranty timeframe, we will replace or repair it at no cost. Warranty does not cover accidental drops, subsequent liquid spills, or third-party disassembly.
Transparent Pricing & Free Diagnostics
Every device undergoes a comprehensive 30-point diagnostic before work starts — 100% free of charge. You will receive an exact quote in Indian Rupees (₹) with all parts, labor, and testing included. We will never proceed with repairs or bill extra without your explicit consent.
Customer Data Privacy
Your personal data stays strictly private. We never access, copy, or browse your files, messages, or photos. Hardware repairs do not require your device passcode.
